This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Grow Agro Hi-Tech Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides warranty coverage for its agricultural and agro-processing machinery. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the terms stated below.
Warranty Coverage
Grow Agro Hi-Tech Solutions warrants that its machines are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions.
Warranty Period: The standard warranty period is 12 (Twelve) months from the date of installation or 15 months from the date of dispatch, whichever occurs earlier, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Scope of Warranty
During the warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects. The warranty is limited strictly to the supplied equipment and parts manufactured by Grow Agro Hi-Tech Solutions.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Defective components supplied by Grow Agro Hi-Tech Solutions
- Faults occurring under normal operating conditions
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
- Damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized modifications
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper operation
- Electrical issues caused by voltage fluctuations or unstable power supply
- Damage due to lack of routine maintenance
- Use of non-genuine spare parts
- Transportation damage after delivery
- Force majeure events including fire, flood, natural disasters, or acts of God
Installation & Operation Conditions
The warranty is valid only if the machine is installed, operated, and maintained according to the guidelines provided by Grow Agro Hi-Tech Solutions. Any deviation from recommended practices may void the warranty.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify Grow Agro Hi-Tech Solutions in writing within the warranty period with the following details:
- Machine model and serial number
- Date of purchase and installation
- Invoice or purchase proof
- Detailed description of the issue with images or videos (if requested)
Warranty service will be provided after verification of the claim by our technical team. The Company reserves the right to inspect the machine before approving the claim.
Service & Replacement Terms
Repaired or replaced parts will be covered only for the remaining warranty period of the original product. Any on-site service, travel, lodging, or logistics costs may be charged separately unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of production, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from machine failure or downtime.
Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty shall become void if the product is repaired or altered by unauthorized personnel, used beyond specified capacity, or operated under unsuitable environmental or electrical conditions.
Governing Law
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
